Arcade Homework is in early access. This page is a draft outline, not yet the finished legal document. The commitments below are how the product is already built, and the full policy will formalise them:
Homework photos and files are read, then deleted. We extract the questions and discard the image or document. The original sheet is never stored.
We collect the minimum. A parent email for the account, kids' first names or nicknames for their profiles, and the homework questions themselves. Nothing else.
Nothing is sold or shared. Your family's data is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train AI models.
No ads, no tracking for advertising.
You can delete everything. Removing your account removes your household's data.
The finished policy will cover our obligations under the Australian Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles in full, in plain language.
