Arcade Homework is in early access, operated by Bekker Labs Pty Ltd (Melbourne, Australia). While we finish the formal terms, the short version:

Early access is free and provided as-is while we build. Things will occasionally break; tell us and we'll fix them.
Accounts are created and managed by a parent or guardian. Kids use the service through profiles under a parent's account.
Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other households' data, or upload content that isn't homework.
Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
